
Our Story
How It Started
We moved to Nottingham Road in 2020 with the intention of joining the family business and building a life rooted in community. What began as a simple relocation quickly became a journey of discovery and purpose. After stepping into the world of cattle farming, we gained first-hand insight into the widespread use of growth hormones in beef production; particularly in the beef supplied to major retail outlets. Alongside this, we learnt how loosely claims such as “free-range” or “hormone-free” are inspected and enforced.
This knowledge was eye-opening and concerning. As a family, we made a conscious decision to eat hormone-free beef (and other pasture raised animal products) free from routine antibiotics, but also tender, flavourful, and ethically raised. What started as a personal commitment to eat well soon struck a chord with those around us. Family gatherings turned into conversations about better beef. Friends began asking for meat from our own supply, and word spread from one house to the next.
Today, what began as a personal pursuit has grown into a shared vision, that celebrates clean, honest food. With the support of our extended family, friends, and community, we’re excited to grow and continue making quality, hormone-free beef more accessible to others who care about what they eat.


Mission
To raise and deliver premium, hormone-free beef through responsible, hands-on farming that prioritises animal welfare, environmental care, and honest food practices. We aim to build trust through transparency, offer exceptional quality to conscious consumers, and grow a community that values real, ethically produced meat.
